Perhaps it’s because all we have ever wanted to be is the best. Not the biggest. Not the fastest. Just the best. For over forty years the Nicolo’s family has been making pizza and Italian food using recipes that were brought to our country from southern Italy by our ancestors. We use only the finest ingredients such as imported pecorino romano cheese, fresh packed tomato products (more flavor and nutrients), and whole milk mozzarella. Although we have grown over the years, our commitment to quality has not changed. It never will!
